Boston Market Chicken Pot Pie
This is one of those dishes that should be eaten more as a treat over a daily eat. Much of the sodium here comes from the pie crust, cream sauce, and probably the chicken rub as well. “You’re better off getting sliced turkey and salads at Boston Market,” explains Felicia Stoler, a registered dietitian nutritionist and author of Living Skinny in Fat Genes. “Although, most of the sides at Boston Market have a good amount of sodium, as well.”
