Are you looking for an excellent source of protein to add to your healthy diet? Well, look no further than frozen shrimp! Approximately 85 grams of shrimps contain 85 calories with 20 grams of pure protein. On top of that, shrimps also pack heart-friendly omega-3 fatty acids, selenium, phosphorus, vitamin D, and vitamin B12.
There’s no reason to buy fresh shrimps. First of all, they are less convenient; secondly, they have a bigger price tag. So, overall, frozen shrimp is a way better alternative. And if you’re not sure how to cook it, we suggest sautéed with garlic and butter.
