What’s more, a high cocoa intake has been linked to a lower risk of getting severe allergic respiratory symptoms.

Some studies even say that cocoa may protect against lung cancer. In addition, a recent study involving 55,000 people discovered that those who ate dark chocolate on a regular basis had proper lung function compared to those who didn’t.

We know… lentils are not as popular as dark chocolate bars, but they can also promote lung function since they pack essential nutrients, including potassium, iron, copper, and magnesium.
