You don’t want to consume fat and sugar before bed, because sugar raises your energy levels, and fat is tough to digest. Unfortunately, ice cream has both of them, so try to avoid it. Also, some ice creams that are flavored with chocolate and coffee have an excess of caffeine too.

Oh my, I have eaten every one before bedtime on different occasions. Soooooooooo I guess a hot cup of camile tea is best for sleep. Based upon this article, no wonder I can’t get to sleep. LOL
