Dark chocolate
You must know that dark chocolate contains hefty amounts of disease-fighting flavonoids. These antioxidants are also found in red wine and many vegetables are fruits. Apparently, dark chocolate has more flavonoids than any other healthy food. The antioxidants that are found in dark chocolate improve blood pressure, slow the oxidation of LDL cholesterol and reduce inflammation. Eating 1.5 ounces (45 grams) daily can cut heart attack risk by 10 percent.
