8. Don’t add (too much) sugar to your coffee

If you enjoy a pick-me-up in the morning, you should start finding varieties of coffee beans that taste good to you, she says. Then try to drink your coffee plain or with a dash of milk. However, if you still miss something sweet, add Stevia or a natural flavoring like cinnamon or vanilla, Lewis says.
