Plus, they have other lung-beneficial nutrients such as iron, calcium, and selenium. Studies also support the statement. A last-year study discovered that a high intake of omega-3 fats was linked to minimized COPD symptoms and enhanced lung function.
People with asthma may also benefit from eating anchovies, as they can reduce asthma symptoms too.
18. Barley
