12. Jackfruit

The fruit is deliciously sweet, rich in vitamins and minerals, and contains no saturated fat or cholesterol. While most B vitamins are found in non-plant sources, jackfruit is rich in vitamin B6, niacin, riboflavin, and folic acid, which all play an important role in helping the body in converting food to energy.”
P.S.: If you have ripe fruit, the one with the brown skin, you should use it uncooked in breakfast smoothies—it will taste sweeter.
