You should respect them and appreciate their work
Unfortunately, the truth is that we can’t control the way people think and their opinions or other stereotypes about some jobs. We can’t change their minds, no matter what we do. But we have to treat other people the way we want to be treated. In this case, I have a simple question for you, namely: how would you feel if your clients or co-workers underestimate you and consider you incapable?
