You will have a healthy gut microbiome

For people who didn’t know this before, the gut microbiome refers to the microorganisms that live in your intestines. These microorganisms are also known as ‘good bacteria’. Some of them can be harmful to your health, but the majority of bacteria is beneficial to your digestive system.
