4. Fruits
There’s virtually no need to grab that bag of sweets when you have a variety of fruits to choose from. Many fruits are associated with a healthy heart due to various reasons. But the biggest one is probably their soluble fiber content.
Fruits that are rich in this type of fiber can lower your cholesterol levels significantly. Soluble fiber is able to do this by ‘suggesting’ your body to remove cholesterol and stop the liver from making more of this compound.
Fruits like lemon, apples, strawberries, blueberries, and grapes are particularly good.
