9 Signs You Need to Eat More Carbs

You experience brain fog

First of all, you should understand that brain fog is not a medical condition, but it’s a term used by people who find themselves incapable of thinking in certain contexts. This is not a permanent symptom, though. Pregnant women, people who suffer from multiple sclerosis (MS), individuals who don’t eat enough carbs, those who take meds, women during menopause, individuals who suffer from chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS), people with depression and lupus, may find it difficult to learn or remember some things – or in other words, they are more likely to experience brain fog.

The best part is that your doctor can help you. He or she will ask you about your medical history, diet, physical activity and current meds or supplements, so you don’t have to worry about the examination.

That being said, the explanation is that your brain has some needs – just like your whole body -and you should provide it with all of the essential nutrients, vitamins and minerals to work properly. But if you cut off your carb intake, your brain won’t receive enough energy to function normally and it can lead to brain fog.
