According to health experts, people who eat vegetables and fruits regularly are less likely to develop heart disease, cancer, inflammation, and diabetes. The truth is that you don’t need only hard-to-find exotic fruits with a hard-to-pronounce name to get all these benefits. There are some ordinary fruits that are actually considered a superfood due to their properties. And the saying “an apple a day keeps the doctor away” is actually a true fact.
The reality is that all fruits can provide you with a lot of nutrients, but the point is that you can choose common foods that are considered natural medicines, regardless of how simple and available they might be.
