Oats

Nutritionists say that oats represent a healthy source of fiber, so if you have issues with digestion, maybe it’s time to incorporate oats into your diet. Poor digestion could easily lead to several health issues, including colon cancer, so managing your not-so-regular bowel movements is the first thing to do. And what better way to do so than eating a bowl of oats in the morning?

Plus, the same bowl of oats contains decent amounts of calcium, as well as powerful antioxidants. Studies suggest that oat consumption could lower blood sugar levels, leading to improved heart health. In addition, oats are an excellent choice for those who have dental problems.
