It’s normal to feel a little bit tired from time to time, especially after physical activity. But, if fatigue occurs every single day, maybe it’s time to turn your attention to the foods you eat. Extreme fatigue can happen after any meal, however, it is more common after lunch.
Why? Because we tend to overeat during lunch breaks. Plus, the body’s circadian rhythm falls and rises at any time of the time. And, as the National Sleep Foundation suggests, this is why we are more prone to take a nap after 1:00 p.m.

So, skipping lunch is not the answer!
However, your afternoon crash can be easily banished by avoiding certain foods.
