4. Sugary cereals
Just look at this photo… How can something “healthy” be so colorful? Yeah, there’s no way. Sugary cereals are a quick and convenient way to start your mornings, but they aren’t healthy. In fact, they are loaded with tons of sugar, providing zero nutrients.
According to registered dietitian nutritionist, Rachel Brandeis, a great way to determine whether a cereal is way too high in sugar is to steer clear of brands that have more than 12 grams per serving. Or, our suggestion would be to avoid sugary cereals at all costs, for the rest of your life. You should opt for overnight oats instead—they are healthy and easy to prep.
