Ham and Havarti Pinwheels
Spread 1 teaspoon spicy brown mustard on a soft whole-wheat tortilla. Layer 2 thin slices ham and 1 tablespoon shredded dill Havarti on top. Broil to melt cheese (you can also use spreadable light cream cheese), then top with chopped romaine. Roll up and cut in half (about 240 calories).
